Although Simmie has been painting for less than a year,
she shows an intuitive command of the medium. Her
colors are strong and the strokes bold. She is confident and focused,
seldom asking for direction because she likes to work
out the problems on her own. Simmie's work hangs in
Picasso's Gallery at Briarfield AC.
